DELIVERIES 

The deliveries from Slash Brand e-boutique are free of charge for all shipments in the European Union.

• European Union – delivery free of charge

The orders outside the European Union are flat rate, as follows:

• Europe, outside the European Union: 8€
• America : 20 €
• Asia : 35 € 

Your order will be delivered by a forwarder service (DPD, Fedex, etc.). Please note that the deliveries cannot be ordered to a hotel or PO Box addresses. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES 

We do our best to deliver the orders as soon as possible. The shipment of the order will be made on average between 1 to 3 working days, starting from the following day the order has been validated by the customer.
Orders are shipped on working days: from Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. Orders that are made on public holidays will also be processed the next opening day.

The deliveries within the European Union takes from the date of their shipment from 3 to 7 working days, and from 3 to 10 working days for the rest of the world.

The Customer may track the delivery at any time on the website of our forwarder using the tracking number previously received by e-mail.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return Slash Brand product, purchased in our e-boutique, within 7 days after receipt of the order for a full refund or within 21 days for an exchange, or a store credit.

The return must include a completed return form (Please click here to download the return form) and a Return Authorization Number (RA). Email us to get your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a free return shipping label. 

Please note, that the products have to be returned in their original packaging, with original labels and have not been worn, altered nor deteriorated.
