Deliveries & returns
The delivery from Slash Brand e-boutique is free of charge for all orders worldwide.
Please note that once the order is confirmed, the address provided by the Customer cannot be changed. The deliveries cannot be ordered to a hotel or PO Box addresses.
We do our best to deliver the orders as soon as possible. The shipment of the order will be made on average between 1 to 3 working days, starting from the following day the order has been validated by the customer.
Orders are shipped on working days: from Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. Orders that are made on public holidays will also be processed the next opening day.
The deliveries within the European Union takes from the date of their shipment from 3 to 7 working days, and from 3 to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
The Customer may track the delivery at any time on the website of our forwarder using the tracking number previously received by e-mail.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Upon reception of the order, the Customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the Products received.
Any anomalies concerning the delivery (a missing or damaged Product, damaged packaging) must be notified imperatively, within seven days following the receipt of the Products.
Customers are entitled to return the ordered Products within the seven days after receipt of the order.
The Products have to be returned in their original packaging, with original labels and have not been worn, altered nor deteriorated. The return is at the Customers charge and must include a duly completed return form and the original invoice.

If the conditions mentioned above are fulfilled, Slash Brand will reimburse the Customer for the total amount of his order, within thirty days after the receipt of the Products, or will exchange the Product according to the Customer’s wish. If the required Products are no longer available at the time the request for exchanges is being made, Slash Brand will reimburse the Customer.
We recommend that Customers send returned Products by registered mail only, as Slash Brand will not take responsibility for returned Products lost in transit. The Customer is liable for the risks and costs of the return of the Products.

Returns are only accepted for Products purchased directly from the Website.
No refund will be offered for Products that are returned by the Customer incomplete, damaged or soiled.
