Are your designs ready-to-ship or do you make them once the order is placed?
We do both. You will find in the e-boutique 2 selections: the “Ready-to-ship” section and the “Pre-orders” section.
How the pre-orders work?
Every Wednesday at 5pm a new design is introduced to pre-order.
Once the new design is released you have a maximum of 2 weeks to order it, as orders will only be opened until the fabric allocated to this design is available.
The quantities of materials with which we work are limited, because they come from stock materials of Parisian luxury fashion houses. For this reason the number of pieces that we can produce is limited. As well, once an item is gone, it is gone for good and can’t be reproduced.
Some of the materials come in very small quantities. To be sure to get the design you are interested in, be among the first to visit our e-boutique and order it. Every item from the pre-orders is made only when you order it.
Your order is ready for shipment between 2 weeks and 1 month from your order. Pre-orders are offered exclusively in our e-boutique.

Can I order made to mesure?
Yes. When pre-ordering you can choose a standard size or send me your measurement to have it made to measure. Each piece is made-on-demand, just for you.

How often will you launch new designs?
Every Wednesday at 5PM we release new designs in both categories: pre-order and ready to ship.
The ready to ship design are either one-of-a kind pieces, or short, limited productions of one size per design.
How long is a design available?
Each design on pre-order is available a maximum of 2 weeks from it’s release, as long as its fabric is available.
Because the quantities of materials we use are limited, once a fabric is gone, it is gone for good and the design made with it cannot be reproduced.
How do I find what design will you launch next?
The best way to find out what are the next designs to be dropped is to sign up for our email message notifications. Sign up for notifications here, and I'll let you know about each and every new launch. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to email messages anytime.
Do you really make it just for me?
Yes! We make each piece only when you order it, this way we don't produce more than we need, allowing to reduce waste and overproduction.
An item sold out before the planned 2 weeks. Why?
Each design is produced from materials that come in limited quantities. Once the orders cover the selected fabric, it is not possible to produce more and the pre-orders for this model are closed.
Can I return an item I purchased made to order?
Yes, If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return any Slash Brand design, purchased in our e-boutique, within 7 days after receipt of the order for a full refund or within 21 days for an exchange, or a store credit.
Simply call +33650916322 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a FREE Return Shipping Label.
Please note, that the articles have to be returned in their original packaging, with original labels and have not been worn, altered nor deteriorated.
